Terms of Service

By engaging our photography or videography services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
   A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit or full payment is received. Remaining balance (if any) is payable as agreed before or after the event.

2. Deliverables
   Final edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Editing style follows our creative approach unless otherwise discussed.

3. Usage Rights
   Clients may use the delivered content for personal, marketing, or internal business purposes. We reserve the right to use selected work for portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Changes
   Any changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

5. Liability
   We take all reasonable care during coverage, but are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, technical failure).
